Birthed out of the need to make title insurance relatable to high school students, Real Estate Awareness and Literacy® focuses on five areas of title insurance underwriting (Types of Ownership; Taxes; Judgments; Credit; Relationships) to promote business growth strategies by introducing and amplifying an individual’s understanding of real property ownership. The program offers practical tips about real estate and life that can positively impact workforce outcomes. "R.E.A.L. Talks" serve as an exceptional engagement model for high school juniors, seniors, college students, and new real estate and mortgage professionals, helping them become informed, enlightened, and knowledgeable about the fundamentals of real estate, as well as how title insurance underwriting guidelines can provide valuable life lessons and financial awareness towards real property ownership.
